1. Log on to TREC and enter you user ID and password
HERE2. Select "Manage Sponsorship"
3. At the introduction page, click next
4. Select "Request Sponsorship"
5. Select "Real Estate Company" as license type
6. Enter License number 9006010 and click search
7. Select "Jerry Fullerton Realty" and click "Request"
8. Click "Next" at the lower right corner and complete the process through the payment portal
9. Upon successful request of transfer, we will be notified by TREC and will accept your sponsorship request
10. Fill out the form below
